I had a leak coming through my chimney so contacted Pimlico. From my first conversation with Charlie I felt at ease and trusting of him. He came round to do the free investigation and quote which was competitive with the other quotes that I sourced. I chose Charlie and Pimlico to do the work because Charlie was very professional, informative and friendly. Charlie arrived to do the work with his colleague Matt and was very thorough, efficient and informative. He fully explained what the problem was, took photos and said what he was going to do to repair the issue. Once the work was completed Charlie mentioned that there was a broken tile which he would repair for us during the week free of charge which was much appreciated. Charlie has been very communicative, punctual and professional throughout the whole process and I would have no hesitation recommending Charlie & Pimlico to anyone. I have used Pimlico Home Improvements Ltd for work on my roof and exterior rendering over the last year and have always found them to provide great advice without pressure. Charles is highly focused on good customer service and has always made sure to get back to me promptly and have the work done as quickly as possible. Charlie has done several jobs for us now including reroofing our outside shed and total refurb of the outside pipes plus masonry painting. Charlie is always professional, knowledgeable and keen to find a solution to any issue. He is considerate and does a job that is thorough and long lasting. After seeing Pimlico working on a house near us we decided to use them. Chas and his team were very professional. Their work went above and beyond.
